Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt 0%, 2%, or 5%
  • 1 tsp honey optional
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chopped
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, spread yogurt on the bottom.
  • Add honey and vanilla. Mix well.
  • Top with pineapple, coconut, and chia seeds.
  • Note: This recipe can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
