I’m the founder and content creator here at Nuwli - Nutrition Wellness Lifestyle. Here at Nuwli you will learn to:

• Nourish your body through good NUTRITION…all while gaining confidence in yourself and in the kitchen. 

• Define what being “well” means to you by focusing on all dimensions of WELLNESS including your emotional, social and physical well-being.

• Create a better relationship with food and learn that you can still create a healthy LIFESTYLE without sacrificing food and fun.

This space was originally created as a platform where I shared simple, satisfying, and balanced recipes that I eat in my real, everyday life. But as I continued to share these recipes,

Working as a virtual Registered Dietitian I have seen so many individuals across the nation start a new wellness journey to only end up feeling more stressed about their health than when they first started…the constant thought about food, obsessing over the scale, feeling like you to be perfect 100% of the time with eating and exercise habits. Sound familiar? 

When you’re on a wellness journey, you learn quickly that there is A LOT of different nutrition trends and information out there. It’s challenging to put everything you learn into practice and it can be extremely overwhelming to know what is right for you, your body, and your lifestyle. If you want to achieve body confidence and have found yourself overthinking everything about your health, you’re in the right place. Let’s find a healthy balance together! 



My goal for this space now is to not only continue providing nutrient dense recipes, but also to support and empower you to nourish your body, find balance with your health, and restore your physical and mental confidence, all without sacrificing food and fun. Unlike a one-size-fits-all health plan, I work individually with you to provide personalized wellness and nutrition support for your own body, health goals, and lifestyle.

Growing up in a family with a history of medical conditions and being a dancer from a young age I was surrounded by many individuals early on in my life that were in need of working on their health habits and body image, but they didn’t know where to begin (including myself!). Over time this is what led me to the field of nutrition where I could receive the proper education and help people that may be struggling with their health, just like myself, family, and friends had. 

Throughout college and early on in my professional life, I crossed another health challenge that I’ve discovered so many other individuals struggle with. I’m a routine person and checklists make my day (hello to my type A folks out there!). I quickly discovered that if my routine was interrupted I would feel like a failure. I wanted to live a fulfilling life and have fun, travel, and be social. But in the back of my mind if I would have the opportunity to do anything not revolving around fitness or healthy eating, I would be thinking about how it would negatively impact my health. All of these thoughts started to overtake my mind and led me to not fully enjoy life.

If you struggle with balancing your lifestyle and feel like you can’t have FUN to reach your health goals, I hear you. I was in your shoes once too. But I can full-heartedly say, it doesn’t have to be that way. You CAN live a lifestyle where you feel confident physically, mentally, and emotionally WITHOUT sacrificing food and fun. And I am here to help you achieve that.

  • After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health from Miami University of Ohio, I continued my education at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in Charleston. 
  • After completing my dietetic internship, I began my career as a Registered Dietitian at the MUSC inpatient hospital providing medical nutrition therapy through nutrition care planning, education, and enteral nutrition support. 
  • In 2015 I made a career shift into the fitness industry. I got certified as a personal trainer and started teaching group training classes. 
  • When I relocated to Chicago in 2016 I continued my career as a Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer at a local health club. There I provided outpatient weight management counseling, athletic performance education, and medical nutrition therapy to individuals with a wide array of health conditions including diabetes, heart disease, food allergies/intolerances, digestive disorders, and pre/postpartum challenges. 


It was in September 2020 that I launched Nuwli and took a leap of faith in June 2021 to turn this brand into my full time career! I now live in North Carolina and strive to reach individuals all over the world to provide wellness coaching, nutrition support, and simple, balanced recipes. 

My favorite things in life are my dog Maple, days filled with sunshine, and spending time in the kitchen creating any recipe that involves chocolate!
