Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts halved
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • salt & pepper to taste

Toppings:

  • 2 tbsp pistachios chopped
  • 2 tbsp parmesean cheese grated
  • Balsamic glaze

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Begin by slicing the Brussels sprouts in half, and add to a large bowl
  • In a separate, smaller bowl, combine the olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, and seasonings. Add this mixture to the Brussels sprouts and stir until well combined.
  • On a medium baking sheet, lay Brussels sprouts cut side down. Bake for 18-20 minutes until crispy.
  • Top with pistachios, parmesan cheese, balsamic glaze, and enjoy!
