Honey Roasted Brussels Sprouts

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts halved
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- salt & pepper to taste
Toppings:
- 2 tbsp pistachios chopped
- 2 tbsp parmesean cheese grated
- Balsamic glaze
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
Begin by slicing the Brussels sprouts in half, and add to a large bowl
In a separate, smaller bowl, combine the olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, and seasonings. Add this mixture to the Brussels sprouts and stir until well combined.
On a medium baking sheet, lay Brussels sprouts cut side down. Bake for 18-20 minutes until crispy.
