- 8 ounces feta cheese, (I used a block)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain
- 1 can pumpkin purée, unsweetened
- 3-4 tbsp honey, depending on desired sweetness
- 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
Toppings:
- 2-3 tbsp pecans, chopped
- 1-2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
Served With:
- Crackers
- Toasted Baguette
- Chopped Veggies
To a food processor (or a bowl with a hand mixer), add the feta cheese and Greek yogurt. Mix until well incorporated, about 1-2 minutes.
Next, add pumpkin purée, honey, and seasonings to the mixture. Blend again, about 1-2 minutes.
Add your feta mixture to a serving dish. Cover and chill for 20-30 minutes, or until ready to serve.
Garnish the whipped feta with honey, pecans, fresh thyme leaves, and fresh black pepper as desired. Serve alongside toasted baguette slices, crackers, and/or veggies. Enjoy!
