Sophie
Sophie is a personal trainer with NASM CPT, FRCm, Kinstretch and pre and post natal certifications. Fitness has always been a big part of Sophie's life and she loves having the opportunity to share it with others. Her sessions are personalized for each client based on their body, goals, lifestyle and their fitness level. Sophie meets her client where they are and one step ahead for an extra push! She lives by movement being medicine and loves the quote “we don’t stop exercising because we grow old - we grow old because we stop exercising”.
