Chicken Caesar Wrap
As we head into spring and summer, easy, packable meals become a must for pool days, beach trips, picnics, and everything in between. This lightened-up Chicken Caesar Wrap is the perfect grab-and-go option to keep you fueled through warm, busy days without feeling weighed down!

- 1 tortilla I used the brand Xtreme Wellness
- 1 chicken breast grilled
- 1 cup romaine lettuce chopped
- 2 tbsp Caesar dressing I used Bolthouse Farms
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- fresh black pepper to taste
Begin by washing and chopping the romaine lettuce. Slice or shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, lettuce, Caesar dressing, lemon juice, black pepper, and edamame (if desired). Mix until everything is well combined.
Lay tortilla flat. Add the filling to the center, fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll from the bottom up to form a tight wrap.
If serving warm is preferred, toast the assembled wrap in a skillet over medium heat until lightly golden.
