If you love a classic Chicken Caesar wrap but want a fresher, more nourishing take, this version will quickly become a go-to! It’s made with a soft whole wheat tortilla, filled with juicy chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, and a creamy Caesar dressing that brings all the tangy, savory flavor you expect, just in a simple, balanced way!


Chicken Caesar Wrap
Ingredients
- 1 tortilla I used the brand Xtreme Wellness
- 1 chicken breast grilled
- 1 cup romaine lettuce chopped
- 2 tbsp Caesar dressing I used Bolthouse Farms
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- fresh black pepper to taste
Optional
- 2 tbsp dried edamame
Instructions
- Begin by washing and chopping the romaine lettuce. Slice or shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, lettuce, Caesar dressing, lemon juice, black pepper, and edamame (if desired). Mix until everything is well combined.
- Lay tortilla flat. Add the filling to the center, fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll from the bottom up to form a tight wrap.
- If serving warm is preferred, toast the assembled wrap in a skillet over medium heat until lightly golden.
