As life gets busy and full meals feel like a stretch, quick, satisfying options become a go-to. This Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wrap is a simple twist on a classic. It’s easy to throw together, full of flavor, and just a bit lighter. It’s perfect for those nights when you want something delicious without the time or effort of a full-blown meal.


Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wrap
Ingredients
- 1 tortilla I used the brand Xtreme Wellness
- 5 chicken breast bites I used the brand "LiveGFree"
- 1 cup romaine lettuce chopped
- 2 tbsp garbanzo beans
- 1 tbsp cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 tbsp buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp non-fat greek yogurt plain
Optional
- 2 tbsp avocado ranch I used the brand "Little Salad Bar"
Instructions
- Begin by adding your chicken bites to an air-fryer to warm through.
- Next, wash and chop the romaine lettuce. Add lettuce, garbanzo beans, and cheddar cheese to a large bowl. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Lay tortilla flat. Add the filling to the center, fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll from the bottom up to form a tight wrap.
- If serving warm is preferred, toast the assembled wrap in a skillet over medium heat until lightly golden.
- Serve alongside ranch for dipping, and enjoy!
