As we head into the holiday season, having a few appetizers up our sleeve that are both quick and delicious is key to navigating the chaos with ease. This winter spin on a seasonal favorite does just that. Our Pomegranate & Pistachio Whipped Feta will quickly climb the ranks at your next hors d’oeuvres lineup—and between us, we’ll let you take the credit.


Pomegranate & Pistachio Whipped Feta Dip
Ingredients
Base
- 1 block whipped feta
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp chili powder
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- juice remaining from pomegranate seeds
Toppings
- 1/4 cup pistachios
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- honey drizzle
Instructions
- Add feta, Greek yogurt, honey, pomegranate juice, and seasonings to a bowl. Using a food processor or hand mixer, blend ingredients until whipped
- Transfer to your favorite serving dish, top with pomegranate seeds, pistachios, honey drizzle, and salt & pepper
- Chill for 30 minutes prior to serving. Enjoy!
