Seasonal Spins and Swaps

One of the best things about this dip is how easily it can adapt to YOU! Whether your taste buds or what you have on hand might differ from this recipe, there are plenty of simple swaps to make it your own. Try switching up the cheese, base, or even the flavor profile – it’s one of those recipes that’s really hard to mess up, and even more fun to experiment with!

  • Cheese: Try using goat cheese for a tangier, creamy flavor, or ricotta for something more mild
  • Yogurt: Stick with greek yogurt for added protein and tang, or try swapping in cream cheese for extra richness
  • Pumpkin Alternatives: Consider a roasted butternut squash or sweet potato purée for a naturally sweeter base
  • Flavor Boosters: Add a drizzle of hot honey, a pinch of cinnamon, rosemary, or sage to make it uniquely yours

Let’s Get Started

STEP ONE:

In a food processor or by using a hand-mixer, combine feta cheese and greek yogurt. Blend for a few minutes until smooth. Add pumpkin purée, honey, and seasonings to the feta mixture. Blend again, until all ingredients are well combined.

STEP TWO:

Add whipped feta mixture to a serving dish of your choice. Cover and chill for 20-30 minutes. Before serving, garnish with toppings: pecans, honey, fresh thyme leaves. Enjoy!
