These breakfast burritos are a great option to make ahead, enjoy a couple throughout the week, and freeze the rest for busy mornings down the road. Having a few breakfast options ready to go can make it easier to fuel yourself, even when your schedule gets hectic.

How to store

  • Refrigerator: Store in the fridge for 3–4 days.
  • Freezer: Once cooled, wrap each burrito individually in foil and freeze for up to 1-2 months for best quality.

Ready to eat?

  • Thaw: Transfer a frozen burrito to the refrigerator the night before.
  • Microwave: Remove the foil, wrap in a damp paper towel, and microwave until heated through.
  • Air fryer: Remove the foil and heat at 350°F until warmed through and lightly crisp on the outside.
  • Oven: Keep the burrito wrapped in foil and bake at 350°F until heated through.

Make them your own! Try adding cooked turkey sausage or ground turkey, roasted sweet potatoes, mushrooms, or a different cheese. Add jalapeños or hot sauce for extra heat, or serve with avocado, salsa, or Greek yogurt for more flavor.
