Cinnamon Protein Popcorn
- 1 individual bag kettle corn popcorn kernals
- Olive or avocado oil spray
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pop popcorn in the microwave, following package directions.
- After popcorn is fully popped, spray with oil. Shake bag to evenly spread oil.
- Sprinkle popcorn with protein powder and cinnamon. Shake bag to evenly spread with protein and cinnamon.
- Enjoy warm or save for a sweet snack later!
